Overall, my stay at Holiday Inn Express Charleston was a solid experience, though it had its ups and downs. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. However, I did face an issue with housekeeping not coming by to refresh the room, which was a bit disappointing. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly service, but just keep an eye on the housekeeping.
